How to Return Your Order

Returning is simple:

Email us at info@mywisemonk.com

Mention your Order Number, Name and the Item you want to return ship the journal to the return address we provide once we receive the journal, our team will confirm and initiate the refund process.

Exchange Policy (Defective / Damaged Items)

If your journal arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or with a quality issue, please email us at info@mywisemonk.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Process:

Send us photos/videos of the issue. Once we approve, send the journal back.

After inspection, we will send you a replacement journal at no extra cost
We take product quality very seriously and ensure a smooth and quick resolution.

Important Notes

Free replacements are only offered if the product is damaged or defective.
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., not liking the design, change of mind)
shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping must be arranged by the customer.

Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received & inspected.

Journal must be returned in a good, non-damaged condition.
