Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your WiseMonk Journals quickly and safely.

1. Shipping Timeline

Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time varies by location:
* Metro cities: 3-5 days
* Non Metro: 5-7 days
* Remote locations: 7-10 days

During festivals or high volume periods, slight delays may occur.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions.

3. Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details.

4. Incorrect Address

If the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, the order may be delayed or returned.
Re shipping may incur additional charges.

5. Damaged or Defective Product

If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted:
* Email us within 48 hours at info@mywisemonk.com
* Attach photos/videos

We will arrange a replacement after inspection.

6. Lost Packages

If the courier marks your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 3 days.

We will coordinate with the courier company for resolution.

7. International Shipping

Currently, WiseMonk ships only within India.
For international orders, please contact us directly.
